Ran across a headline on CNN that "plane changed runways before touching down. FAA wants to know why." I clicked on the hot spot, but audio portion of link (below) is a replay of a telephone conversation between a passenger who was on board and CNN news person. Passenger described last minutes before touchdown and the touchdown and evacuation of the plane as best she could tell. (She was sitting in an aisle seat so did not have any view of outside the airplane.) Text portion of the link (scroll down) mentions change of runways which was requested by pilots.
