Oopps, I left out the biggest of them all: AMR - 2002 = 70.7 Dec 2002 = 73.3 [BR][BR]JetBlue, with 37 planes, is not exactly on the radar screen yet eventhough their numbers are great. I just checked their website. JBLU will take delivery of 13 planes this year and has confirmed orders for 132 additional aircraft. It looks like JBLU will be another force to be reckoned with in a few years. I included AirTran simply because they have a presence in U's markets.
 
Since you included AAI in your statistics, I'll throw in JBLU's LF numbers for 2002 / Dec 02:

83% / 84.8%
