Victor Glen White, 43, of Rock Hill, S.C., died Wednesday afternoon, June 22, 2005, in Rock Hill from injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident.

His wife Mary Catherine White survives.

Among other survivors are his grandparents Nelson and Edith White of Cottage Grove and his parents Glen White of Paris and Judy Page of Hollow Rock.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bevil Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Saturday.

The funeral service for Victor Glenn White of Rock Hill, S.C., was conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home.

Otis Hinton of Paris officiated. Burial followed in Bevil Cemetery.

Named as pallbearers were Clay Arnold, Ken Thorne, John Williams, Larry Davis, Jimmy Taylor, Jeff Mebane, Michael Moore and Mark Wilkerson.

Visitation was Saturday.

White, 43, died Wednesday, June 22, 2005, in Rock Hill from injuries received in a motorcycle accident.

He was married on March 31, 2005, to the former Mary Catharine Long, who survives.

Born Aug. 15, 1961, in Maywood, Ill., he was the son of Glenn White of Paris and Judy Carol Page of Hollow Rock.

White was a 1979 graduate of Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central High School. He attended avionics school in Oklahoma for two years.

A 20-year employee with U.S. Airways, White was lead avionics worker at his death. He was a Baptist and according to a family member an avid Harley-Davidson motorcyclist.

He also leaves two stepdaughters: Hayley and Corey Drennon, both of Rock Hill;

Grandparents: Nelson and Edith White of Cottage Grove; a sister: Tracy Dunlap Williams of Hollow Rock;

An aunt: Carolyn Cheek of Paris; two cousins: Suzanne Cheek and Jessica Stier, both of Paris;

His in-laws: Charles and Catherine Long of Rock Hill; and two nieces: Rachael Paige Dunlap and Lesley Victoria Carter.

He was preceded in death by grandparents: Henrietta Dunn and Charlie Page.
