From IND newspaper:
Minor fire forces emergency landing at Indianapolis International Airport
November 16, 2003
A U.S. Airways flight was forced to make an emergency landing Saturday at Indianapolis International Airport after the flight crew reported a fire in the forward galley, authorities said.
No one was hurt, said airport spokesman Dennis Rosebrough.
The fire was contained to an oven and was extinguished before the plane landed about 6:15 p.m., Rosebrough said. The plane, U.S. Airways Flight 177, left Philadelphia at 3:53 p.m. en route to Phoenix.
The flight took off from Indianapolis at 8:07 p.m. to resume the trip to Phoenix.
