Ive wondered if AA will ever bring back timetables as they did b-4.I have people asking for them all the time.I know its on the web but it was handy to have. Was the cost really significant to produce?Even a city sked would work.

Timetables may be old pre internet but I like because you can see how many flight AA has from Lhr to the USA on one page. I can see all the seating charts on one page. Internet connections are slow and too time cinsuming.

I wouldn't hold your breath for the timetables to come back, but I did recently purchase a Palm Zire 71 PDA and you can download an electronic timetable from the AA website, and it updates automatically everytime you HOTSYNC your PDA and Desktop. I have found that useful....

Yup, and you can download AA's whole schedule into your computer and then print out whatever connections/flights you want. Updates just before the middle of the month each month I think.

FWIW, DL still prints paper timetables. Just saw a current one today.

The AA PDA timetables update every Sunday. As long as you SYNC once a week you are pretty much as up to date as you can be

Are you sure? Where? Full system or city?
As far as I was aware, DL's last printed system timetable was the 12/1/02 issue--six months after AA's final printed issue.

If this is true, as a timetable collector I am excited! Was getting pretty bleak with only AirTran and Southwest still regularily issuing 'real' timetables.

Got your message, but kept losing my internet connection when attempting to reply.
So, I'll reply here: Thanks for the offer, but I already have it. Verk kind of you!
