"Customers hate that stuff" said Mr. Kelly

Bravo sir!

However some airline analysts are questioning if WN made the right choice by not charging for formerly free services.

I wonder if these same analysts would advocate WN following the disastrous expansion plans of other legacy carriers. Sure more revenue was initially realized but all revenue is not profitable revenue.

Glenn Tilton -- are you listening?

What a concept! Charge a reasonable fare which includes all the other stuff, and not have your hand out and your credit card reader warmed up every time the passenger approaches. Who would have ever thought of something so weird as caring what the passenger thinks or likes/dislikes? Oh yeah, the airline that is the most financially successful in U.S. aviation history.

Well, obviously Mr. Kelly just doesn't see the "big picture."

Just wondering if Southwest has started transferring bags with other airlines ?
