I don't think anyone is lining up for my job when they really find out what it entails. That's why it's a revolving door at the commuter airlines. They quit inside of 6 months.

I read an article from the Cincinnati Enquirer about Delta adding 1000 flight attendants. Of the 1000 to be added 600 will be new hires. Delta received 85,000 applications. You still think noone will be lining up for your job if you should elect to leave?
Again our economy is still week. Unemployment is still around the 10% range. When the economy is week the company unfortuanely has the advantage in negotiations.
You all have to make a lot of choices in the near future and I do not envy any of you haiving to go through this. But just ask yourselves this. Is something better than nothing? There is not much out there to go into even with a bachlors or masters degree.
Good luck
