Why is Air Wisconsin not being required to make seats available to the APL?

Doesn't at least a portion of the Air Wisconsin fleet have to go J4J?

If they do have to go J4J the Air Whisky pilots and the APL have my sympathies. Since the day it was dreamed up it has been nothing more than an overly complicated crackpot scheme to allow the subcontracting of aircraft that should have always have been flown within the US Airways Group. Everybody loses with the J4J nonsense.

Having said that - again, why no J4J with Air Wisconsin?

Oh, and not to forget,

ALL or NONE

Ran into an "Air-Whiskey" pilot just yesterday and ask him the same question. He told me their first 70 airplanes (current fleet) would not be J4J, but anything beyond that would be.... I wonder if that is 70 period, or 70 in U colors? The Mesa fleet they are replacing is smaller than that.

I'm sure ALPA will be right on it...

I'm with you,

ALL OR NONE

How about taking on the MAA F/As no questions asked, since the Air Willy F/As likely won't leave Wisconsin/Chicago to go to PHL. Victimized F/AS find a temporary home and ZW gains some great employees.
