Alaska replaces almost all AB aircraft

While it is true that some really good prices became available on the cancelled orders of Max's, Alaska has been working on getting back to an all Boeing fleet again. They quickly found out how much more expensive it gets when mixing up the fleets with different manufacturers, especially with AB (overseas manufacturer).
Alaska will be one airline that bounces back pretty well after this pandemic, so they are getting ready for a come back post pandemic.

And here's Alaska in their final stretch to get to an all Boeing fleet for their main fleet. Finally shedding the last of Virgins AB aircraft. Could it be time to look at a Southwest and Alaska tie up again? Once ALK is all Boeing on main fleet it would be much, much easier in the long run. Hmmmmm...
