A wonderful bought and paid for promotion! You can tell by Susan Oliver's response that this recognition was pre-bought, pre-paid for, and pre-written. Who needs a marketing VP when you've got the likes of Susan Oliver?

AA's EAP and diversity programs are a joke! The company may implement and use the programs as a selling point, but they have no control of how their management in the field ignores the programs.

Post 9/11, how many of those part time working mothers got the pink slip shaft? Layoffs were determined by performance and those working mothers, who miss work, need special arrangements to attend child-related functions, or to stay at home with a sick kid.....got the shaft!

Way to go AA! How much did this recognition cost?
