My guess would be about 55th, right after Bama, Miss, LA, Ark & Tenn! You may wonder how I came up with that? Well, Key West thinks it is it's own Republic, NYC is beyond comprehension, Miami is about 5 countries rolled into Dade County, Boston is doing it's best to outdo Flint MI as the Murder Capitol of the US and where ever Southwind lives... and I doubt it's Peach Tree City! BTW, taken with a small grain of salt

Look at some of the big dem states......

OMG, what about the progressive heaven called Oregon?

And New England isn't squeaky clean either.....VT, NY and ME all have food stamp issues to the same degree as Georgia......
