How many times in a day do you think a passenger is unsatisfied with having to pay uncommon unpopular verge disclosure fees? Lack of info on the explicit airline your flying on all with no are very little human contact? This is the airline world NOW and airlines love its fees and kiosk. Bad food on airlines now that’s a new one
 
As a friend of mine says under her breath as passengers are boarding (on AA), "Welcome to Greyhound." Though, I used to travel Greyhound all the time growing up, and I don't remember employees being openly rude as I have witnessed numerous times over the past few years.
