Amphibian "Camper" Airplane

A year or two ago I came across an airplane on the internet. It was a bulky looking single engine amphibian (possibly a straight seaplane and not amphibian, but I recall it being an amphibian) that had accomodations for sleeping two people so you could "camp" in it. Might have even had a head and stove or something. I believe it was a European plane. It may have been a kit plane.

Anyway I thought it was really cool and I have tried searching for it since then and can't ever seem to find anything. Does anyone have any idea what I'm looking for?
