Hello,

In about two weeks I am going to visit friends in Denver. I will be flying with UA flightnumber 909 from Amsterdam "directly" to Denver with a stopover in Chicago.
In Chicago I will have 1 hour and 33 minutes to get my plane to Denver. Do I have enough time in Chicago (luggage, customs office etc)??
United told me that officially 1h30 is the minimum time to tranfer, "It can be done".

What is your opinion and could you give me some advise?

You should be able to make it but if the lines are unusually long that day, there is another flight 2 hours later.

In the US, the first port of entry you must clear customs. You will retrieve your luggage, clear customs and immediately past that you will hand back your luggage to be rechecked. Go through the double doors and there is an escalator up to the tram which will take you over to the B and C concourses (this is the same stop for both). You will once again go through security and board your aircraft. Good luck and don't stop for a snack.
