APA meeting with AMR

A lot of hate mail has been going out about Darrah taking a quick vote from BOD which passed by a narrow vote about AMR being allowed to discuss code sharing with domestic carriers. Before going along with this wave at least read his letter last night in the APA website before chasing the radical minority vocal group again.
If he is wrong then so are the BOD members who voted for it.[:]

Anyone care to post a digest of what the letter said ? (I'm a customer, not a pilot, so I can't read the APA web site.) I'd like to know what AMR mgmt is proposing.
