Does anyone have video of the A320 in PHX on 8/23/2005 when the new livery was first introduced ? They had a big party at the airport by the hanger with music, ballooons etc.

No, sorry, don't know the answer to either question. I still see a few of the old hanging around but maybe those are being returned to the owners soon.

No, this would have been made by someone who was there on 8/23/05 in the audience. That one was very interesting though.

There has to be some PHX employees who took camcorders to the event and recorded it. I was fortunate enough to have been on the plane in a retro uniform and had an amazing time! The reception in PHX made us all on the plane feel like rock stars!

I was at the look out in Charlotte 2 days ago or so and I seen quite a few old colors. On Concourse B, it was nothing but old colors visible on the side facing 18R. There was also an old colored A319 in the holding box thing, while a Dash 8 in old colors was landing and another waiting to take off. There were 2 NWA jets at the delta gates, and an old colored United CRJ 200 landing. Seemed quite Retro. Usually theres a bunch of new colors and Delta DC 9's buzzing around.



Out of all the US birds I seen flying above Charlotte today , I only noticed one in old colors. That was while I was sitting at the light coming off of 85 on Freedom Dr.
