It seems like it would be a good tool to use, but the data they provide is not current (most recent is from July 2005). If up-to-date information is added, I'm sure that the rankings for each category would change

As of July 2006, the best way to avoid delays would be to avoid flying on Northwest Airlines while their mechanics are on strike. The SCABS that NW are using cannot keep the operation running on a consistent basis.
