Can anybody help me out with a stateside telephone number for baggage services? I'm having major issues with a claim - and everytime I call the published number, I end up speaking with a rep in India that isn't empowered to do anything.
Written correspondence sent to Chicago resulted in unacceptable responses. I'm about to file a small-claims case this week, and would prefer to avoid that - would prefer just to get in touch with somebody who can help me.
