First of all, we in the airline biz know how big a pain in the ass SOME celebrities are.

Somebody should e-mail Hugh Grant baked bean recipies. Someone should also send Baldwin a tape on Tai-Chi or some other form of meditation since he is twisted tighter than garage door spring.
