Barclays Bank and Bank of America

There is a lot of speculation today that Bank of America is interested in buying Barclays Bank. This is interesting from the perspective that BOA is the long-time issuer of the Dividend Miles VISA card and Barclays (Juniper) is the issuer of the new Dividend Miles Master Card. If there is a merger, both cards would be under one roof.
