For you legal eagles out there: Isn't USAirways still governed by the rules of the Bankruptcy Court for a period of 7 years after its emergence from Ch. 11 in April 03? If this is correct, doesn't UAir have to ask permission of the Court before it can make any changes in its Bankrupcy Court-approved business plan?
