SO a young lady, was making 2 connections to get to PFN, and I felt she was entitled
since she had been re=routed on CO the least I could do was provide her 2 Meal Vouchers..L/D..
well let me say, I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO MY SPVER when she asked who "gave these out'?'
There is no meal svc so she IS NOT ENTITLED to it, My response?
She's getting in 3-4 hours later...Her comeback?
The sta mgr will be looking at them...I said Mesa will be paying it..(Translation? there goes a part of HIS bonus!)
