Question for anyone in the know if AA/US have combined their gates in the same terminal yet? Looking to fly next week and have a 1 hour connection from US metal to AA and wondering if its possible.

Oh yes the Google oracle has spoken. It's a wonder where 700 would be without it.

What was unusual was that US moved to JFK T-8 not long after the merger agreement was signed in early 2013, and months before the merger closed (in December, 2013). I don't know of any other airports where they co-located so early on.

A simple search on JFK's web page would have given you your answer or just look in the computer at work.

Sure I could have, but I prefer a first hand answer from the employees on the front line. You truly have a sad life 700. Someone that doesn't even work at either of these airlines yet sits at home and googles all day and has such a high post count here.

Do you understand the concept of a message board?

You work for the airline the information is right at your fingertips.

Says all about you.

More dumbass comments and always need the last word 700. To bad in my department on the ramp nobody knows if the gates are combined and our computers dont give that info either. Tried going upstairs to customer service and that can be a struggle depending on who you get at the desk and sure enough they didnt know either. US customer service line should go straight to 700 from here forward.

Cut Black Magic some slack here. He/she just asked a question because, after all, this is an AIRLINE FORUM. Just reading reading posts here, he/she just figured you are a KNOW-IT-ALL-GURU-OF-EVERYTHING-AIRLINE!

Well this is the kind of thread you end up with when you ask a straightforward question and 700 doesn't like your politics.
