I hope this is an example of getting thru the agreements smother and more quickly as promised by new management coming in with a promise to get back to a great relationship with the Mechanics and Related from that fiasco of more than 6 years last time. We shall see when our contract comes due in 2023. Come July we shall see if the AT's are ok with it. Good luck to all...

Ok seriously, OMG. No seriously again OMFG. I just looked and AMFA has not gotten these people a raise in the last 6 years. Their last raise was in 2016 and then they only went up to $23.74 per hour. Their contract became amendable in 2017.

On top of that AMFA was only able to negotiate an EXTENSION and not even a full deal to help grow their work!!!! That extension blows out their contract to 2026. That’s not a 4 year extension, that’s a 9 “NINE” year extension. Who the hell do these people really work for?

Ok I want to add something to this to show just how absolutely horrible or negligent AMFA truly is to a portion of their membership. These pictures are from the TWU Negotiated Ramp Contract. Notice the TOS rate of pay at $32.06 is $8.32 more than what current AMFA represented Appearance Technicians earn.

$8.32 MORE that the TWU was able to capture for Baggage Handlers.

Newest update for the Appearance Techs. Once again AMFA and the Company talked. And once again they accomplished nothing. But if you go to the AMFA website they do write lots of words to make it sound like they accomplished something. But no seriously, they accomplished nothing at all.

What happened man? Cat got your tongue? The Appearance Techs “OVERWHELMINGLY” rejected what AMFA trotted out to them. Where’s your congratulations for that?

Looks like our AAT's get new agreement to look at. Hope all the members wishes were addressed. Now we wait for the vote.
Good to all involved, hope to see you all enjoy a new extension soon...

Where is the retro? Oh wait, that's only for AMTs.

Only 167 People but the pay bump percentage isn’t bad. Is this group destined to only ever get extensions though and never any dramatic contract improvements?

We shall find out in approx 1 month after the tally is totaled up. 10-11-22 Good luck to all involved in getting a new agreement.

Good old AMFA...Put out garbage to have it rejected only to come back with what the company already agreed to with Seeham and see it pass on round 2 by a large majority thus costing members more during the interim....JOKE of an Association.

Nice to see all the media coverage on the AAT's 5 year extension agreement.
Now it's time to move on to the other groups @ SWA and them done as well.
Congrats to all the AAT's as well as the nego team involved with getting a rather quick agreement...

Stop with the congratulations for crap. All AMFA has ever gotten for these people is nothing but extensions. They have ZERO interest in actually NEGOTIATING for them.

More AMFA piss poor representation.
