Could I smell more Pension legislation brewing?

I am not sure but why would the PBGC give back all the money they got form UA or US for that matter. Just think they were given millions and only have to pay a quarter out of every dollar they got what a deal. I don't think we will ever get our pensions back. The PBGC needs all that money.
I also can't believe that they were allowed to whip out all our pensions...and just think our UNIONS and ourselves let it happen without a fight.

Because Ual, NW, Dal, all lied about asset value during bankruptcy. Which, in a decent court should be criminal. Try that in a personal bankruptcy and you go to jail.
