Just heard many clerks at JFK busted for selling D3 for revenue.

The TWU shouldn't spend a dime defending these bums.

Good riddance to all.

Were they doing it on their computer, online, in the breakroom, on the clock?
If the answer is yes, then the TWU will "fight like hell" to save their jobs!

Good question... off the clock, there's no reason to defend them, but since D3's aren't a contractual issue, does it matter if he was on the clock?

Hey E, take off your managerial hat for a split second and see the "sarcasm" in it!

Nah, I saw the sarcasm. The sad part is that I can see someone deciding to grieve it.

A union (not unlike a public defender) doesn't "choose" whom they will or will not defend. It is their duty to defend ALL in the class or craft that request defending.

Anyone being stupid enough to buy a D3 deserves what they get...lol back of the bus, left at the terminal, sitting in a terminal for possibly days. Does anyone actually use D3s anymore? Tickets are low enough that they are almost obsolete.
