Does anyone know of a furnished crash pad available near DCA? Needed ASAP for a mature female -- live near BWI working at DCA. I hate the commute and need to stay near DCA four nghts a week. Thanks.

My partner and I, a Captain with Republic Airways, Ayman Jarrah, have a unit available immediately. Below is an email we just sent out to some other interested parties. Here is the synopsis of what the files contain:
-Times for 5 different bus routes from Crash Pad to the Van Dorn Metro
Station which is located 0.8 miles walking distance from the CrashPad.
Therefore, maximum time from the CrashPad to the Metro Station is a 15
minute walk (For planning purposes this is at 3.2 miles/hour walking).
Minimum Time from the CrashPad to the Metro Station is 5 minute Bus
Ride (this includes intermediate stops)
-Travel Time from the Van Dorn Metro Station to the Airport is 15-17
minutes Maximum (only 3 train stops away!!!)
-WORST CASE SCENARIO FROM CRASHPAD TO DCA IS 35 MINUTES (This is
walking to Metro Station and taking train from there to DCA)!! BEST CASE
SCENARIO FROM CRASHPAD TO DCA IS 22 MINUTES!!
-Shops and Shopping Plazas are 0.2 miles away (4 minute walk from the
CrashPad). These include but are not limited to Giant Food Store,
Safeway, CVS, Cleaners, Numerous Sit Down and Fast Food Restaurants, Hair
Salons, etc.
-Crash Pad Price per month is $300.00.
-To secure a position, I will need a $100,00 deposit.
-Tentative move in day is January 12-13. January Rent will be
prorated.
-NO HOT BUNKING!!! EVERYONE GETS THEIR OWN BED
-HIGH SPEED INTERNET
-CABLE
