DUBLIN, Jan 18 (Reuters) - A U.S.-bound flight made an emergency landing at Shannon Airport in Ireland shortly after noon on Sunday after a bomb scare, officials said.
All 134 passengers disembarked safely and the Delta Air Lines plane was moved to a remote part of the airport pending security checks, an airport official said.

"Delta Flight 27, en route from Frankfurt to Atlanta, diverted to Shannon Airport for security reasons," a spokeswoman for Delta added.

"Delta does not discuss security issues as the safety and the security of its passengers are its number one priority," she added.
