Delta maternity terms for pilots?

Hi all,

I was hoping someone with a bit of knowledge of Delta's policy manual could help me with a question on maternity leave for pilots.

is it the legal minimum of 12 weeks?
if it is longer, do you get to keep seniority?
any other hints around this would be helpful

(im currently an FO at a regional, hoping for mainline hiring again soon.... - and doing a bit of family planning...)
