This is the week that Andrea Immer Robinson (Master Sommelier and consultant to Delta) chooses the wines that will be served in Deltas Business Elite class in 2015. Shes a masterful orchestrator, consulting spreadsheets, managing logistics, and shifting bottles from general tables around the perimeter to the chosen table in the center of the room.

Having worked in banking prior to her wine career, plus that Master Somm credential, shes as fluent in spreadsheets as she is in Sémillon.
