I have actually received a response from him before. Shocked me quite frankly, but the matter was of a serious nature regarding the actions of some employees. All I know is that it trickled down to the station matter in a matter of hours and she confirmed that Dave was the one who sent it on. I think it just depends on your tone, nature of e-mail content, etc...if you will get a response or not.

I sincerly doubt that he answers-an asst or someone who sounds like DS does.
