Does anyone have an idea how we are to serve the food on the E190 to the Caribbean? and where will they be putting the snacks such as twizzzlers, almonds if anyone has some information let me know.

You haven't seen the new uniform items? A backpack and two fanny packs...one for the front, and one for the, er, fanny.

I will just wear my Carmen Miranda hat. Bananas Chicklets Grapes or Twizzlers. All we need is a Fanta now.

E190 to the islands. Now thats smart! You can barely get on a 757. :angry:
 
The E190 for fall is a smart idea. I know everyone will use the "it's always full" quote, but Oct/Nov ARE down months. The island flights have more overhead room as those folks generally check their bags, no middle seats, no smelly lavs, bigger windows to site see, bigger seat trays that aren't constantly broken, overall nicer airplane and only 99 people. Yeah, I really miss the old planes. <sarcasm>
 
Exactly what are we suppose to cook with in First class? Yet again pissing people off since on the way down on a 320 from CLT they had 1st with a hot meal and on the way back NOTHING. What a snack basket for 3.5 hours? These 90's have water issues to DFW! OMG keep me away from that mess in the making.

Won't the catering be the same as a PHL- DFW flight? I did it a couple months back, and had a sandwich or a big BBQ salad in FC. BOB was in the back in a half sized cart.

Has this changed?
 
Better idea! Wouldn't DCA make the perfect E90 base? Think of all the great places it flys. Easy for someone in DCA to say Mr! 😛 Hehehehehehee
Itest- the last time I flew MBJ or CUN last month we served a hot pasta up front. So now we have one product on one a/c and one one the other fleet.

Same with the PHL- DFW flights, and nobody complained. When I did it on a 319, there was a hot choice. The salad that replaced it on the 190 was actually much better. It'll be fine...
 
And, further, a lot of the Caribbean stations give us 2 choices of cold meals on the return flight, while pax had one hot/ one cold choice on the way down. So what?

Somehow, I think we'll live...

Probably a cold meal. The tourist upgrades won't mind. All they care about is booze anyway. Much about nothing!
