Easyjet bans 'urinating' golfers


Easyjet staff 'were faced with a repulsive incident'
A group of golfers has been banned from flying with Easyjet after one allegedly urinated into an aeroplane seat pocket.
The airline claims the incident took place on a flight from Bristol to Faro airport in Portugal on Friday night.

The 15 golfers - most of whom were in their 40s and from Abergavenny and Cardiff - were told they must find alternative transport home on Monday.

Just goes to show that these deep discount fares have resulted in passengers who shouldn't be allowed to travel on Greyhound, much less an airplane.

Yes, 'cause Lord knows, people who travel around to go golfing are just the lowest inhabitors of the food chain.

You can be dirt poor with class or filthy rich with none. These people, if they did what was reported, should not be let out without "adult surpervision", but to say it is indicative of LCC pax is ridiculous.

The high jinks that have taken place in biz and first are eqaully notorious.

Don't blame the LCC's for that. The Brits have always been a little strange and what can you expect from a country that created the hooligans and where the fans are baned from mass sport events because of the trouble they always create.

The problem is that the a noticable percentage of Brits drink A LOT prior to and on-board airplanes. I've travelled extensively on European airlines, and if there's an incident on-board, it's a good bet that a drunk Brit is in the middle of it.

This incident has nothing to do with golfers in general. Any group of people could have done it. Don't go bashing golfers because of some idiots.
