ESPP was great 10 years ago, but opening up an e-trade account is probably cheaper and easier to manage than payroll deduction.

You also have the option of purchasing thru $uper$aver, which wasn't available until about a year or so ago.

AA decided that they will terminate the employee stock purchase plan effective Jan 31. As of that date plan participants will have the option of selling all account shares, requesting the stock certificate''s or request a broker transfer.
What a shame was a cheap easy way to buy part of the company.
