My thoughts of the future " when this happens and after Gordon retires all 3 Hubs will have a XJT area of operation and then you will see a review of all Airport Sevice salaries and wages in that portion of the operation.
Look around CAL and XJT salaries are now in the higher portion of industry standard. Nothing has been taken but we are now in most cases higher than our competition.
