There are ways to provide free universal health care without having to create a new beaurocracy. One way would be to issue a debit card or similar device.
If we can send a man to the moon, we can have universal health care. However, the establishment cares more about controlling the individual than anything else' so naturally any system would be cumbersome and intrusive.
We have billions to waste on defense chasing boogey men in caves; we can give billions to banksters, yet we can't provide universal health care.Any universal health care that is enacted today would be destined to be a beaurocratic nightmare by design.
