You're assuming that FedEx won't be assisting with that. It's not like they don't have a nationwide network of trucks.....

I didn’t assume anything and I actually don’t know if they’re represented or not. Actually it would be dumb as hell if they didn’t assist those professionals to transfer if they need them.

At AA prior to the concessions of 2003 we used to have not just a moving allowance but a $12,500 payment on top of those expenses. Definitely made the hardship a lot easier and for many worth the move.
