There is no excuse for theft at any level, but when one is in a position where they're entrusted with a customer's personal property, be it a valet parking a car or a baggage handler; there is an understanding that reasonable care will be given to that property. It is fortunate that they've been caught, hopefully, justice will prevail.

Phl is not alone, pilverage has been a common problem at all airports, walk through the freight house, I'll bet at any given time something is walking out the door that shouldn't be...
