I've got some questions about the flight attendant contract in regards to mergers.

*If we are bought completely, does the company have to honor the recall list, or only if they are an AFA carrier?

*So, if someone buys US Airways are they buying the nearly 11,000 FAs or do they just take the 5000 actives and the rest are SOL? What about voluntary furloughs?

*How much of the airline can be bought without F/As going with it?

*If there was a situation where an airline buys some assets and decides to take 1000 F/As, how is that done? By seniority? Again, does this include furloughees?

*Say we are bought in a year and MAA is already up and running with 500 F/As. The new company sells MAA to someone else... what happens to those F/As? Are they still on the list or what?
