I think it is a glowing testament to the TWU and AA forethought and ability to work together, that American does it's own maintenance.

Unfortunately it seems like a race to the bottom, as far as maintenance goes at the other airlines.

It also seems a race to the bottom as fas as the comfort that the passenger gets, but of course that is the passengers own fault. They have proven that they will not pay for the extras, like leg room and food.

Very good video, every employee that works for AA should watch! ST, Ameca, Timco, ect. shade tree maintenance, with workers that don't read or speak english, and over 2/3 are unlicenced by FAA..Scary
