I may be mistaken but this doesn''t look like a forcast from a Canadian weather office.

I too would like to see it deciphered. Some things are missing and somethings seem to be improperly represented. (I could be wrong).

Any FIC personnel out there care to translate this?

Could it be the old FT format? I''ve only ever used TAF''s so I don''t know.

But looks like some (all?) of it is in MANOB (Manual of Surface Observations) abbreviations, 6H is 6 miles Vis in Haze. 6+ is P6SM. RW- is Light Rain Showers. Don''t know what the C is before the cloud heights. Rest seems the same just different format.

The C100 would be ceiling 10,00 feet Broken, occaisionally Overcast. The new format has -SHRA for light rain showers. Six miles vis in Haze would be 6SM HZ.

This is not current reporting format. I would suggest that there is probably more information in that CD that is outdated.

I''d throw the thing in file 13.
