AMERICAN PARTNERS WITH AmSafe TO SELL CHILD AVIATION RESTRAINT SYSTEM (CARES)
American Airlines is teaming up with AmSafe Aviation to offer consumers the only Child Aviation Safety Restraint System (CARES) certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for use on flights within the Continental United States. American Airlines is the first airline to offer the CARES product and will sell CARES for $74.95 through the airline’s museum gift shop or by phone. Passengers who order the CARES product also receive a DVD demonstration video and instructions.
