9e has decided that contracting out CSR's was a bad plan so 01 June PNS,TLH, PFN will have Pinnacle Employees instead of GAT Airline Ground Support see: www.gatags.com.

I don't like it either, but aren't CHS and SGF technically "new points" under the ESSC and COPFS books? If so, they'll need to go up to 7 m/l flights a day before any NWA folks get in the door. Technically, the company isn't doing anything(contractually) wrong. IIRC, PWM, XNA, and MYR are in the same category.

When the union asked for suggestions/submissions on contract changes, this was one of the "popular" ones.
