And UnionFacts did indeed use that quote out of context.
 
 
FYI - Raynor was referring to a card-check/neutrality agreement he was seeking on a property he was organizing at the time.
 
Card-Check neutrality agreements are not illegal nor undemocratic as they require the majority of the membership in question.
