I'll bet with anyone that pitch wont change much (if at all). Pretty hard to give better pitch when you are pulling seats from the back and something is going in its place.

the other part of it is the seats are only being removed on one side of the aircraft. Unless the pitch is different on each side of the aircraft - it is on some aircraft - then this doesn't change much. But perhaps will make one side of the aircraft behind the exits premium and the other side not.
