Hawaiian Airlines started out 2006 the way it finished 2005 -- as the nation's #1 airline for service excellence. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) today issued its monthly Air Travel Consumer Report for January showing that Hawaiian had the best on-time service, fewest flight cancellations, and top baggage handling of all carriers.
