I'm trying to get a 9 week old Boston Terrier puppy delivered from Salt Lake City to Newark later this month, preferrably around the 18th. There is a Quickpack service, but I'd prefer to get the puppy into the cabin, preferrably with a crew member. Does anyone know I might find a willing attendant to accompany the little guy? Thanks in advance.

I dont think you'll be able to have a crew member take the dog, I dont think its legal. But if you ship it via QuickPack it will be taken care of very well.

It will, of course, be dead when it arrives.

This just shows you the stupidty of some people on theses boards

It's not stupidity dear, it's statistics.

Few 9 week old puppies will survive the "airline experience".

And you darned well know it's true. Or you should know, if you choose to voice an opinion.

I spent 8 years handling dog transport for the Westminster shows, and thousands of other dog/puppy arrangements for major breeders over many years.

Do not EVEN begin to question my expertise on this.

I've never seen a dead animal come off a flight in the 7yrs I've worked at the airport.

Perhaps you should have included that information in your original post. It looks like a bad joke on its face.

I do not know anything about transport of animals other than Continental has won at least one award for its PetSafe program.
