In one way..MH is right, but the 'rub' is, that it's the social issues, Not so much the fiscal issues, that's decimating the gop.
To their credit, guys like Cantor/Romney/Jeb Bush(and Megan McCain)...Know this very well, and are trying to navigate the Gop/Titanic on a somewhat different course.
The Republican Party today, is a mirror image of SOMALIA, where NO ONE is in charge.
In GOP "days gone bye", a....Bob Dole/Newt Gingrich(older version, before he DUMPED his wife Maryanne)/Howard Baker ..would have grabbed the helm away from the control of the war lords in the Pirate Mother Ship...aka...DICK Cheney/Hannity/Limbaugh/Beck/Coulter, to ensure a decent chance in 2010/2012/2014/2016,............but alas, ..the ICEBERG is dead ahead, the engine is jammed in the ON position, and the rudder is Broken, which equate's to a Democratic PERFECT STORM !!
Women and children..ONLY, in the First LIFE BOATS !!!!!!!!!!!!!
