My name is Cristiano and I work in the Operations Control Center of a major airline in Brazil.
I'm searching for some way of measuring the efficiency of the work of the OCC. Not about the decision-making on any issue, but on the work of the OCC as a whole. I am thinking of linking information such as delays, cancellations, use of flights, aircraft under maintenance, etc. to create an indicator on the performance of the OCC. Do you have a suggestion on how to make it?
