The best thing to do is go to flyijobs.com and check out the hiring. The start pay for most cities is 9.20 with a raise after 6 months but not sure how much of a raise. Be prepared though for training in IAD - the hotel is the worst with high food prices and no other alternatives for food without a car. The hotel shuttle will not take you anywhere and nothing is with in walking distance.
